Travel, deposits, and the fine print
Events include a travel fee based on distance from our Flemington base, included in your custom quote. A deposit reserves your date and applies toward your total, with the balance due at or before the event. Pay by card, check, or Venmo, and we can take card in person on the day of the event. Want us to bring a tent, tables, or chairs for an outdoor setup? That's available for an extra fee, so just mention it when you request your quote. And if you're a non-profit, school, or PTA, let us know on the quote form. We offer a reduced rate and we'll work within your budget.
